I’m Diana, the designer behind Crystal Creative, an independent Sydney studio working with organisations across Australia.
With 15+ years of experience, I create cohesive brands and transform complex content into clear, engaging reports and publications. I love the mix of big-picture thinking, creative problem-solving and carefully considered details.
My days start with coffee, while my weekends are kept full by two soccer loving boys and my family's love of all things Disney.

I love getting beneath the surface of an organisation to understand what it does, who it needs to reach and what it needs to communicate. From there, I turn ideas and information into design that feels clear, considered and distinctly yours.
When I’m deep in a project, you’ll usually find me refining a layout, shifting something by a few millimetres, searching for exactly the right image or convincing a complicated table that it can, in fact, look good.
